I am so stoked to be sharing this engagement shoot with you guys! So full of fun details and little moments between the bride and groom to be. A big thanks to Stephanie from Ribbons and Rust for crafting up the swing set for this shoot! Yeah that’s right.. AMAZING! Check it out! Also thanks so much to Green Wedding Shoes for featuring these two love birds on your blog today! Also thanks to Lilac Saloon for the awesome heart confetti! Be sure to check out her other hand made awesomeness!
Ryan and Michelle met while working at the Huntington Surf and Sport. Ryan was, and still is the marketing manager over there and at the time Michelle was the merchandiser. They got to know each other and eventually became friends. However, it wasn’t until after they had their first date a couple of years later in Sunset Beach that they knew they had something truly special. “It was the just one of those feelings where you just know, even after one date.” Michelle says. “Last September Ryan took me back to that very same spot and that’s where he popped the question. I know so cliche, right? But I wouldn’t want it any other way.”
Such a handsome couple. I’ve never seen Michelle look so happy. Props for capturing such a wonderful emotion.
I rarely comment on blogs but I MUST comment on this! Wow, this might be the cutest engagement session I’ve EVER seen. I love it. Everything about it. Great work!

So gorgeous! Love the streamers from the tree!
Hi Brandon and Kristin! I sold a little bag of felt heart confetti to Michelle and she told me that after her engagement shoot with them, she’d share links to the photos. Well today in my email I GOT THE LINKS. Little did I know how amazing these photos would be! When I saw that it was BRANDON KIDD (!!!) who photographed them I literally squeeled out loud! I’ve been a fan of your work for quite some time now and was sooo amazingly surprised and honored to see that my humble little felt heart confetti was used in a Brandon Kidd shoot. This is SO making my ‘best things ever to happen’ list. I’m sharing this like it’s hot. 😀
